Blu is a real estate professional with experience in buying, selling and managing mobile home parks, single and multi family rentals, and apartments. His focus has been on turnaround properties that benefit from active hands on management with a focus on improving value to both tenants and owners.

Stanford Israelsen - Co-Founder

Stanford has experience as a founder, manager and owner of multiple start-ups and small business across diverse sectors as well as involvement in commercial real estate, multi-family rentals and land development.

Ethan Israelsen - Co-Founder

Ethan has a diverse background in business, sales and marketing and as the youngest member of our team is currently working on a business degree.
