Blu’s expertise lies in identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing professional management systems, and creating sustainable improvements that enhance both community quality and asset performance.
Stanford Israelsen
Co-Founder
Stanford Israelsen has experience in single-family and multifamily rentals, commercial real estate, and land development. He has successfully founded and managed multiple small businesses and has served as both an investor and consultant to startup companies.
Stanford brings a disciplined investment mindset and long-term strategic vision to TruBlu Management.
Ethan Israelsen
Marketing & Operations Support, Co-Founder
Ethan Israelsen is currently pursuing a business degree and has prior experience in sales, marketing, and experience design. He supports TruBlu’s brand development, systems organization, and communication strategies.
His focus is on creating efficient internal systems and professional external presentation as the company scales.
